I’m not a huge fan of ‘diets’ — I think they are silly and restrictive and set you up for failure.
I *love* the Abs Diet and have for years… its more of a lifestyle plan. I love the bullseye diagram they have — what you should eat the most, what you should eat often, what you should eat occasionally, and what you should eat rarely — that way there’s no question for me. I’m trying to inch my way back into the inner ring of foods just so that I know I’m taking good care of my body nutritionally.
Any other Abs Dieters? What do you love/not love?

What does it consist of exactly? I’ve never heard of it. But i’m all for getting great abs!

Its got a bullseye of 12 foods you should eat the most, and then more processed/unhealthy things radiate out in the other rings. Its really easy to follow because it has a grocery list and a poster of the bullseye that I keep in my kitchen.

I’ve had amazing results (no, they don’t pay me to say this lol) and am going back on it to care for myself nutritionally. My FI and I just split up, and I can go without anything except a diet Coke for days since I’m stressed/sad.

well, I work out a lot so I always try to eat super healthy. Every now and then I cheat or let go for a week then I catch back up.
I am workin on the perfect abs for my BD. I am getting there just need to keep up the cardio and lean diet.
