I did last Spring I enjoyed it. Way tough and is really mentally challenging. Finishing all 60 days was really rewarding though. Good luck! Just do what you can do, don’t worry if you need to rest its exhausting and modify moves if something is too challenging. The key is to keep moving though, so even if all you can do is walk in place for a minute to catch your breath then do that.

@Whitwhit1689:  I agree.  Once you get in the habit of doing it daily you just keep going.  There were so many times towards the middle I was bored or something and I just didn’t want to do it.  But I pushed through.  Now if I don’t workout on my scheduled days I feel so guilty. Over the holidays was bad because I really didn’t have any time to workout, I was busy with birthdays, family functions, christmas programs, more holidays etc.  So when New Years came and I could finally get back into my routine I was so happy.

@Whitwhit1689:  Good for you.  I am doing a RIPT program with my gym now.  It’s 3 days a week but I’m waiting for people to drop out of other classes before going to those the other days in the week.  Right now the gym is FULL because of New Years Resolutions.  I can’t wait for nicer weather so I can ride my bike to work every day.

@Whitwhit1689:  Me too.  I bike everyday to work (I live 3 miles from work) and we kayak in the summer too.  Last summer we didn’t because of the stupid drought but I think this summer I’ll make a plan to no matter what.  We go in the lake so its not like we’ll be hitting ground unlike the rivers.

My ” Bee” Fiance is doing the Insanity Aslyum volume 2! I think he’s more worried about looking good at the wedding than I am! 🙂 I always thought he had a good body but he’s got ABS for the first time in his life ( no complaints here). I would love to join him but I think I’ll finish my les mills program first. How much weight have you been able to lose doing the Insanity? Do women lose as much weight as men?

I completed the first month, then got sick, and started with the second half but wasn’t recovered enough… Then I got pregnant so for now I’m back to spinning, swimming, pilates, aquafitness, aerobics classes… Anything that fits my schedule really, but that doesn’t require me to do it every day because nausea and fatigue are too bad…

I really enjoyed it though, and Shaun T is eye candy to me so I look forward to starting it again post partum.  🙂

I hope you Insanity girls post your result pics for inspiration!
