I have blunt bangs that require constant trimming (something I am SUPER bad about). Recently I've been keeping track of how long it takes for my bangs to grow out to that PERFECT length after I've trimmed them so I can time trimming my bangs before the wedding. I've been keeping notes on my phone, what a loser I am. :P I've come to the conclusion that after each trim, my bangs look perfect 3 days later. So that's the plan: trim my bangs 3-4 days before the wedding!

I even started to keep track of FI's facial hair growth (I know, I know.. I sound like a hair nazi! "NO SOUP FOR YOU!"). He originally wanted to shave completely (always does this when he's about to see some family.. for some reason he thinks being clean shaven will make his family think he's more innocent and baby faced or something.. NOT) but I convinced him to leave a bit of scruff because that's what he usually has and we're all about trying to look like our regular selves for the wedding. Hence me not going for an updo because I NEVER put my hair up. For FI, after 3 weeks of keeping track, we've concluded that his scruff needs a full WEEK to grow in perfectly.

Any other bees out there as weird as I am about perfect hair growth in time for the wedding? The last thing I want is my bangs poking into my eyes or FI looking like he has a 5 o'clock shadow as a result from too much partying the night before. ;)

I'm not exactly keeping track but I have made some mental notes. I recently started thinking about my nails, and what month I should start being 'extra careful' not to break any. I am also generally obsessive about my hair growth on a regualr basis, so worrying about my hair for the wedding, is nothing out of the norm for me! The more I think about the wedding and trying to make sure everything is perfect the more I think everything will go wrong!

omg... i am doing the same thing, but on a larger scale. I have been taking weekly pictures on my office computer to track my progress. I am curretly growing out a pixie cut (now almost a short angled bob) and i am hoping for shoulder length by November. I am glad i am not crazy!
