Me me me!!! Things with school have been SO insane this semester (I'm taking 15 hours of classes plus interning at a school 2 full days every week PLUS work)...by the time I get home all I want to do it SIT DOWN!!!
Yes! I'm not the only one! Seriously...I've been averagign getting home at 9pm these last 2 weeks. I'm cranky and so anti-social.
Me! Always! I go to school, then work, and have a toddler! I'm exhuasted!!!! It seems like once I start working out and get in the groove, then i'm ok, but miss one day and I'm doomed!
Yes! well my wedding is in 5 months but after my engagement photos i got so lazy and tired from working out and eating healthy! Planning a wedding is like having a 7 days job. My weekends are so busy filled with wedding stuff! Dont worry girl you not alone! Do whatever you can. I'm sure you'll look beautiful on d-day!
I've been so sick this semester... and I'm starting to suspect I'm anemic, so overall I think I need to eat better, get on some iron supplements and start kicking my butt back into shape! Darn lethargy... you're not the only one Miss Sapphire!
Ugh, this week for sure. Monday I felt sick, Tuesday I forced myself to do 30 Day Shred, Level 2, but the rest of this week has been a total wash. My upstairs neighbors must have come into money, because they are partying HARD this week and I can't get a full night of sleep to save my life. :( Assholes.
I haven't been to the gym in over two weeks. Sigh.. Going back is going to be TOUGH!
neither hubs nor I have been able to work out since the time change. WE happened to get sick right around that time, but it's been weeks and I think we're in a funk! yuck.
Add me to the list. I was really good, going at least 3 times a week. For whatever reason I just stopped going. I finally dragged my lazy butt to the gym last weekend and my body hates me! Everything feels like burning, LOL. But what a great feeling to be back.
I expect I'll get lazy again when it gets even colder outside.
The past couple weeks I have been so tired I didn't want to go to the gym, but have forced myself anyway. I used to get super tired a little over a year ago to the point where I fell asleep at a traffic light. It turned out that I had a severe B12 deficiency and was anemic with a low RBC and low iron. After a couple months of vitamins and more meat in my diet I noticed a huge energy difference. I can always tell when I am not getting enough nutrients my body just doesn't want to move. You might want to have your blood work checked if you find you are excessively tired.
oh ps. I think I have been so tired because of all the running around I have been doing with the holiday (hoping it's not due to anemia)

I've seriously hit a wall. Bone tired...almost feels like Mono (god forbid). I haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks. 7 weeks until the wedding. I've been trying to do Pilates at home though.
Anyone else?
