Diamonds are beautiful and exquisite, but another word they are is expensive. I am probably going to get a Tacori setting, but has anyone had their ring set in a Miadonna hybrid or an Asha diamond simulant? I am just kind of curious, though I think we have our hearts set on the Miadonna radiant.
Any feedback would be great, thank you.

I think some people here have posted about their rings with diamond simulants.
You can use the search tool on the upper right hand of every page to search past board posts.

I have a Moisannite diamond simulant. And most novice jewelers do no know the difference. The refraction and brilliance is excellent. In natural light you can see a tinge of green-yellow color from the nitrogen trapped in the stone. However, for the most part, no one knows. They think I have a 15K ring. The center stone is almost 2 carats and the 20 side stones are 3 mm each. My jeweler designed it using gold that I already had. He sent it to the refinery to upgrade it from 14K to 18K.
Everyone loves this ring and believes that it is worth far more. I like it because of the design. Good luck with your choice.

@Kelandjosh5: if you don’t mind me asking, how long have you had the miadonna stone? I read some negative reviews about it on here and was curious if it held up as well as the website says. He already purchased a diamond for my e-ring, but maybe miadonna for other jewelry?

I got a Tacori 2620 ECMD with a radiant cut Asha for the center stone. I know a CZ won’t last forever, but for now I got the setting I want and can swap out the stone over the years!

@amanda1221: I have been wearing it for 2 years, never taking it off, not even to do dishes or anything. I have nothing but rave reviews, and anyone that has bad reviews does not own one or so that’s what I’ve seen on these boards.
