I'd be interested in this as well since I'm thinking of ordering from them also. I emailed with a customer service person and she was great in sending me color samples (they arrived within three days). They have the best cost that I've found online.
They do have a policy that they let you order three items and then return the two that you don't want. I thought that was cool. I might try it, because I know which veil I want but I kind of want to see two of the headpieces.
Hmmmm, I hadn't noticed the three item policy, that is pretty cool. I will probably do that as well then.....
Here's where I found that:

But I don't think it applies to custom veils, so be careful if you're going that route.
My mom has done a ton of research on veils in the past few months. All she keeps saying to me is, make sure they use Bridal Illusion tull, nothing else is quality. I'd listen to my mother. Ordering online is so hard sometimes. You never know what you are going to get, so make sure to check their return policy.
Thanks Niki. I'd listen to mom too! I think when I got my samples it said something about Bridal Illusion snagging easily, so I think that's what they use. My samples are at home but I'll see what it says tonight after work.

I am thinking of ordering a 2 layer mantilla from this site, but it's bugging me in the back of my mind that I can't see it first. The price is right though, and I haven't seen the style I want in a storefront or boutique....
So I ask you.....
In general how was your experience? Was the veil all that you thought it would be in terms of quality? Was it super wrinkled when you got it and if so how hard was it to smooth out again (by steaming I assume)?
