Not crazy, I got a bfp last night, I have pee’d on 6 test so far, and I’m going to buy a digital tonight.    I have some more internet cheapies coming in the mail,  I will probably  pee on those too, just for good measure   :p

@bouncybee:  160 tests seems really extreme. I legit peed on 2 and am just about 36w now. I would talk to your doctor- it seems like you have some sort of fixation or obsession. Peeing on a test is not going to keep you pregnant.

After I found out I was pregnant, I poased for weeks – basically until I started to get really bad morning sickness. I did it partially because I was worried, partly because it made me happy to get a BFP every morning! I now have a 5 month old.

I only POAS 3 times when I got my BFP. I got it on 11-14.. Tested again on 11/16 in case it was chemical, then again on 11/23 just to 100% check.

@bouncybee:  Haha I think it is funny, not crazy, BUT I do want to be realistic (even though I’m going to be the Debbie Downer of the group) and say that there are some ladies who had a miscarriage and was still testing positive so it is possible to still get positives even if you have miscarried, so I would stop testing since it wouldn’t make much sense.

I tested one more time the next day just to make sure I was pregnant and then I went in for my blood test. You shouldn’t have a reason to worry unless you are cramping and bleeding.

I wish you a happy healthy 9 months. Sounds like you are on your way!

I got my BFP on a frer, then two weeks later I was cleaning out my bsthroom and found an old cheapie test in the back so I took it for fun lol those are the only time! But I definitely don’t think it’s odd that you keep testing, I think it’s common. Once you hear the heart beat or see the ultrasound you’ll feel better!

Yep, I had about 1-2 dozen cheapie HTP left (from the OPK purchase) so I peed on one a day until I ran out. It was fun to see the lines get darker, but also a relief when I ran out that I wan’t tempted to keep POAS. Just be warned, once you reach a certain HCG level, the lines start to get lighter (I forget what that HCG level is…)

I peed on three sticks the day I got my BFP, because the first two were blue dye tests and I got myself nervous. I was told my HCG levels were very low, and while I was waiting for the redraw results I peed on one more to calm myself.

Since getting my BFP, I used the other FRER (2 pack), and some internet cheapies. I bought 50 over ebay and of course got a BFP BEFORE they arrived. I’ve probably used about 5 of them, one just out of curiousity to see how it compared to the FRER, and then about four times since then until the baby started moving. And even then I just wanted to see if the lines would get so dark that they took away dye from the control line :p So for the most part I’ve done it for ***** & giggles :p

@bouncybee:  I POAS until 24dpo (not every day but a lot of the time) – I don’t know when it happens in pregnancy but eventually you’ll have so much HCG in your system that the postitive test line will start getting lighter. (I think this can happen towards the end of the first trimester). So be mindful of that. Also once the pregnancy symptoms really ramp up you’ll probably feel better about the sticky baby =) HH 9 months to you!
