i just placed an order with them. i havent received my invitations yet but i did receive a sample and it was nice quality and the service thus far has been really good! hope this helps
I placed an order with them. The service has good. I definetly recommend paying for proofs. We had a couple of issues that were caught in the proof process which took longer than I thought it would. I did order at the tail end of the big sale. Hopefully they will come in next week.
They came in and were perfect, thanks to the proof process. Our guests are commenting on how pretty they are. Ours was the Autumn splash invite.
I am having a HORRIBLE experience with Invitations by Dawn. Don't ever order just envelopes from them, the listing on their website lists both inner and outer envelopes as a set, but you only get the outers. Then, when they tell you they'll comp the inners because the website is so wrong, they send them UPS with a check for the cost required upon receipt. It is AWFUL. I even called them back telling them that this is wrong (In the politest way possible) and they said to go ahead and give the check and write DO NOT CASH on the memo line and hopefully they wont cash it. hopefully?? It is ridiculous. I will never recommend Invitations by Dawn after this experience.
Thanks for the advice! I've received their catalog in the mail a couple of times and was wondering about their quality and service.
Yes, my daughter ordered her invitations from Dawn. The quality was great, and everything was shipped fast. Everything was wonderful. I would recommend them.
