Are you serious?! I've never even heard of this show, but I rarely watch tv. The only thing I'm watching tonight will be Desperate Housewives.
She deserves a swift punch in the nose.
i saw this last month. I couldn't believe her either. She was wild. And what a spoiled brat. She never said she was sorry and was so rude to him when she was in there getting ready.
I never watch this show either but it was on at the gym so i'm watching it while i frost my cookies (which look real sucky in comparison) lol.
I mean...this girl needs a swift kick in her booty. It's just sad that she can behave like this!!! I bet nobody has ever stood up to her. How sad. I bet her mom is heartbroken knowing her daughter did this. I'd be ultimately humiliated.
I saw that episode and my jaw was on the floor! OMG, who does that!! I would have never made her another cake!! For that bride, nothing would make her happy! And like bellenga said, she was so ungrateful when he personally dropped it off!
I just turned it on. I didn't see the original cake, but the new one isn't that spectacular.
It's on TLC
It's a pretty cake...but man, talk about a quick turnaround time! I mean it looks a bajilion times prettier than my cake, LOL.
The first one was a pretty basic wedding cake...
Hooray! lol
I like looking at cookies, even if I can't eat them. :p
I saw that episode- i wanted to kick her butt! She needs to get over herself and I feel sorry for her husband
grumble grumble grumble.. i dont get these shows down here!
so is it a real reality show or a set up with actors???
I personally would have just dropped off the cake she trashed ... and parted with a little "Here you go, I got you now Biatch"
its On TLC.. and that bakery is in New Jersey.. Im thinking about going to check it out try some cakes.. I love all the bee's who suggested a "swift kick or swift punch" made me giggle .. so yes i also want to see the cookies ;] and the girl is a brat.. i feel bad for her fiance to0.. Hubby is glued to the yankee game new yorkers are nuts right about now..
I heard about this on the radio..he called in and was saying that the bride apologized later and said that she thought it would be funny to ruin the cake on national tv. He said that they laughed about it and she ordered another cake from him without ruining it
I thought that was totally rude I mean he could of made her another cake and gave that one to another customer grr.
@50, Ok here are the cookies I made....inspired by Bakerella of course, lol. With homemade cream cheese frosting...=] And I ate enough for both of us, trust me. Maybe a small army of children
Ah, even if you act like that for national telievision, I can't imagine your'e a very wonderful sweet person underneath it all.
@ejs4y8- Can I have one?! Those look delish!
i've never seen cake boss, but that lady sounds like a spoiled witch! I'd have refused to make her another cake! Suck it lady! I don't have cable, but this post makes me want to see if i can find cake boss online somewhere to watch...
I read on another forum that it was fake. The producers of the show asked her to play up a certain storyline. The bride apparently had posted about it on the Cake Boss facebook page. Of course, I wans't there so I have no idea what really happened.
That was staged! He even said in the episode that the bride's family was friends with his family.
That episode is a re-run. She was a total witch, but it seemed so scripted. I mean, they all the sudden made a wedding cake in one night when the other take took days to make.
And then at the end she doesn't even care that he fixed it!!! Who wants to act like that on their wedding day???
ahhh it was staged?! Geesh.
Still, who wants to act like that for show?!?!?
Oh well, it's still fun watching them make some ridiculously fun cakes =]
The same people who "act" on Bridezillas for fifteen minutes of fame and a trip to Sandals.
Oh man, my heart stopped when I saw her do that. I just saw it like, 45 minutes ago and oooh. She was so CALM. Psychopath- like. Regardless of whether or not it was staged on Cake Boss, you know some bride somewhere has done something similar.
@ejs- SO adorable and yummy looking. Well done. :)
Bakerella is fantastical for inspiration. :p
That girl was such a bridezilla. She made her mom cry and she didn't even care. I wonder how her bridesmaids were able to put up with her. No, I wonder how her fiance was able to handle her. Crazy crazy woman. Buddy shouldn't have made her another cake.
There's really no such thing as "reality" tv... just like when they dropped the cake down the stairs on Cake Boss! I love the show, but this bakery has the most drama and craziness around :)
People acting normal doesn't bring in ratings lol.

Beekeeper
OMG! I'm just dumbfounded. Is anybody else watching this show right now?!?!?
The bride is a total little whiny wench...and the mom is a longtime customer. He made this GORGEOUS ivory cake with draping and lillies and everything and she comes in to "check on it" and when he's in the other room, she splashes it with all kinds of colored piping and asks him "do you get me now?" and demands another cake for her wedding, THE NEXT DAY
And he's actually making her another cake as a favor to the mom
I can't believe people. I mean...wow. Talk about a little snot! Bridezilla!!!
