They showed this on CityLine yesterday. They used spray adhesive and modpodge to coat the painting-it dries clear.
They suggested you use a sponge to spread the modpodge or a brush if you want brush marks so it looks like a painting.
My first thought was to turn it into a ribbon board, but you wouldn't really need canvas specifically for that.

I just got some canvases at Michael's and am planning on attaching photos onto them, but not sure which medium to use. Anyone do this?
