I haven't heard of that particular site, but I know a lot of the replica dress sites are pretty hit or miss - most of the reviews I've heard resulting in someone pleased with their dress, the bride wasn't very picky to begin with, and even though she was okay with the dress she received, it wasn't exactly what she'd envisioned.
I'd say check the return policy, see if you can get fabric samples ahead of time, and leave yourself plenty of time in case you need to buy a second dress in the event the first doesn't work out.
I was considering Buyer100.com as well, but when I did some research on the web I found A LOT of negative reviews from consumers. I think it's great if you can find some possitve info on them, but I changed my mind after reading the info that is out there about them.
Hi! I was looking at this website, too. I found a lot of pos and neg reviews. I'm a little iffy but might decide to try it and if its not what I like, I guess buy another dress.
The only neg reviews are that they sometimes send the wrong dress and wont refund your money. The site I found had more pos than neg reviews all together.
If you decide to buy, please let me know who it turns out. I would really appreciate it!
Hmmm... after a little research I did find more bad reviews than good ones. Please be careful before buying anything online from a person or company you don't know too much about.
Holy shady post! No other posts by Lamoon - sounds just like the grammar from the fake positive reviews about this company I found online. I was just looking into buyer.com, but I think not.
yep I AM ONE OF THE BRIDES IT WAS SO SAD,,BOTH TIMES THEY GOT IT WRONG,,I am so glad I sold it but lost a great deal money..
I would definitely not do it. For one, the material that they use on the dresses, in which they say is just like what the designers use, would cost way more than they are trying to sell the dress for. I wouldn't do it. The closest to an online place that makes dresses for reasonable prices, which would be 1-2k for a designer replica, would be Julius Bridal. I was considering going through them, but I really want my Kenneth Pool, lol.
@June26, you should post pictures of the stock picture on the website, then what you received. I'm kinda curious now...
I got my dress from Lightinthebox.com and LOVE IT. I'm all about shopping online to save some $. But be careful of buying a dress that shows the original photo! I went with LINB because there website has dresses they made and most of them have reviews!
I bought my dress from thecustomdresses.com and LOVED everything about the experience and couldn't have been happier with my dress. Message me if you have any questions!
Hello,
I'm new on this forum and I registered specifically to warn everybody thinking about buying from buyer100.com NOT TO DO IT.
I'm from Croatia and when I planned my wedding I had very limited budget. Over the years I shopped online I never had any bad experience so I decided (naively) to try with buyer100.com.
I ordered a dress I've tried on in one of bridal boutiques (Pronovias Manuel Mota Tirso, 2010 collection). I've exchanged around 70 e-mails with this company. In one of first e-mails I asked them what material the dress is and they lied to me and said that the material is exactly the same as the original one.
I send them money through Western Union and they send me complete disaster of what was supposed to be my wedding dress. It was made out of cheapest synthetic and it stinked like cheap plastic. I was so dissappointed!
I tried to sell it, nobody wanted it and I pleaded with them to allow me to return it because they didn't want to at first. I sent it, payed all my postal fees (which were not very cheap) and they have been stalling me ever since - it's been four months now since I returned the dress!
And the money they were supposed to return was 1/4 of total price so you can see how it 'payed off' for me...
Sorry for such a long post, but I want to warn everyone not to shop with buyer100.com because they are liars and cheats.
Thank you so much MarinaCro for posting this info, I'm defnitely not buying online now!!
I would be careful about ordering from Buyer100. Do your research. There are countless consumer reports online of brides who have been ripped off by them and their sister company. A quick Google search will show you what I'm talking about.

I got my dress from buyer100 for 2 reasons. One I couldn't find the dress I wanted in any store only online. Two becuase it was $7000. The dress was only about $350 on buyer100 so I thought hey why not? If it doesn't work out it's not that big of a deal I'll just get something else at another store. I ordered the dress and got an email the same day asking how I wanted the dress. Zip up or lace up , color ect. I got rush shipping so I would have time incase the dress didn't workout. The dress came in about 2 weeks. I was shocked in the way the shipped the dress. I thought omg there goes my money buy oh well. But then I opened it and the dress was so nice! It was really heavy and the materials were really good. Everything was the way I wanted it. The dress was about 90% to the real dress. Which they tell you that it's not going to be 100% to start.
Now if your really picky to start then don't do it. But for $350 I got the dress I wanted. I'm not that picky of a person to being with so maybe it's just me but I'm really happy with them and would use again. They even sent an email to me telling me they hope I loved the dress and to send wedding pics back after the wedding.
But that's just my thoughts.
@Tillybean
Would you mind uploading pictures of your dress? I am not really a picky person but after reading all the horror stories I am so scared. Your post was actually comforting and I just want to see the type of quality it is.
THANKS!
@gwolfe: I am not picky either, and i would love to see some pics of the knock off sites as well. I just want what any other woman wants on their special day... and that is to be beautiful.
Hi girls, as ive experienced a dress from buyer100 which is from hong kong. Ive decided not to wear the dress, i dont dislike it but there was a couple of issue that i had with it, where they had left a couple of bald spots down the side of dress and i ordered pale pink which come through as peach. so i suppose trying to dye it was my next option and trying to find someone to fix the couple of issues. They also saved me on duty tax which i did not have to pay because they put less value on the waybill. so i would say if your not picky then i would say only buy a dress that is simple as mine was rather ruffles and how it laid was my issue.
My advice would be not to buy anything from Buyer 100, especially something as important as your wedding dress. I made the mistake of buying my dress through them without researching the company first. So if you are you are reading this at least you are not walking in blindly like I did.
Yes. Their price tags are attractive and if you are on a budget like we are then it is even more appealing. But I have learnt the hard way that you get what you pay for. I am so glad that I ordered the dress ages in advance so I still have time to find a new dress. But I wasted 3 months waiting for a dress and was sadly very disappointed.
The dress I ordered was Pronovias Tamara but it barely resembled the original and the quality of workmanship is just shockingly bad!!! I also foolishly ordered a “Barbie dress” miniature version of my dress, which on arrival was falling apart and didn’t resemble the original or their version. I don’t know what size the Barbie dolls are where Buyer 100 is, but the dress would certainly not fit any Barbie I have ever seen!
Get my money back? You must be joking. Customer service- hardly. I would steer well clear of Buyer 100. Buy your dress elsewhere. Paying a bit more from a reputable company will save you stress, disappointment and financial loss.
@gwolfe I would have wrote back sooner but I don't really come on these forums anymore >< But here you go.. Once again if your not that picky I think they were great. Everyone loved my dress. If you have any other questions I would love to try to help you ^-^
@MarinaCro: To anyone who has bought a dress from buyer100 please report it to paypal, i bought mine through them and it was truely awful and they are refusing to refund me. But paypal wont help unless someone else disputes it in 180 days from now. I am devistated and cant afford another dress :,(
I am begging you, someone please come forward and help me save my wedding!! other wise im walking down the aisle in my pyjamas!! (and theyre definatly not approriate!)
Thank you so much, and please please help.
sally
Also my dress is that messed up 4 seamstresses have said that its un fixable :,(
I recently received my dress from buyer100! It is absolutely perfect! I was worried about buying online and seeing all the bad reviews but I took a chance! I paid $300 and got a custom fitted dress! It got delivered well within the time period and it fits perfectly! I thought even if I had to get it altered it would save money! I wouldn't change a thing! Their customer service is great & prompt! So happy can't wait to wear my dress!
I don't know could i post the url here?
Alright, if anybody have any questions, just send me message. I am glad to help you.

Hello all! I am thinking of buying a dress from one of these sites that makes copies. I am in love with two dresses and I was wondering who has bought from the buyer100.com site and had any reviews. Just for fun, here are the pics of the dresses I am searching for.
