I have no idea what’s going on me with me lately – but I start DRAGGING around 3pm and it continues far too long into the evening.
I had a crazy week last week and didn’t get as much sleep as I usually do…but have been working on getting enough sleep this week.
I don’t eat foods that would cause a big insulin crash during the day (usually eggs/veggies for bfast, 2, 8-oz cups of coffee before noon, lunch is usually a green salad with some lean protein… and then around 3pm – CRASH. We are talking – feels like I’ve been up all night zombie land!
Does anyone else experience anything like this?
My sweet spot for sleep is 9-10 hours (I have high sleep needs)… but, I typically and consistently get 7-8 hours a night.
