I love Weight Watchers.  I also am doing the P90X system which I am really enjoying.  To add into the craziness that is me, I also am doing an hour of cardio in the morning 4-5 days a week.  I totally have lost my mind when it comes to exercise but I want to look GOOD on the big day!

I am a gym fanatic. I work out at least three times or on average of four times or sometime five times a week on a good week. I trained with a trainer for a year and half and now a part time trainer myself for fun. I love love trainin people and see they get great result.

Dieting is good, but workin out is the best. The best way to lose weight is to do high intensive cardio, do interval. Drink lots of water. Do weight three times a week, alternate different muscle group everyday, but do as much cardio as you can. Should change up the work out every now and then after your muscles get used to the same work out machine you use everyday.

Seriously I am fit, but in order to loose all the fat on my abs, I have to do lots of cardio to burn it off so the abs muscle can show. I am on the right track with the abs, gettin there. Just need to keep up the cardio and eat good:) . Must cut back on sugar which include junk foods and soda, processed food, eat lean meat, cut back on carb. You can cheat once a week, but if you keep up, I guarantee you will lose weight. Also spread out to four small meals a day.

If you can afford it, research a good trainer and learn the right technique, doing the exercise with correct form will be three times more effective than someone just working out and have no clue what’s they are doing.

@Chiotilidieo P90X is pretty intense but I really like it.  You work out 6 days a week for 90 days (13 weeks)  There are something like 12 DVD’s that you rotate through.  There is a specific way in which you work through the DVD’s.  You do a lot of work with dumb bells, there is also a yoga day, Plyometrics, and Kenpo (which is a like kickboxing).  I would totally reccommend it to anyone looking to tone up.  Plus, Tony Horton is pretty funny.  You work really hard but I always feel really good at the end of every workout.

ME!  I joined Weightwatchers online, and i’m currently trying to make it through the couch-to-5k app on my ipod!  I’m aiming to lose about 15lbs before my wedding in July.

I go on and off with working out and trying to eat healthy. But I figured I need to maintain my weight (if not lose a few pounds). I’ve been thinking about doing this before I even knew I was getting engaged. Anyway, I just joined a gym and have a personal trainer that I meet with twice a month. Everytime I try to do it on my own… it doesn’t work. The great thing about this is I have accountability and will actually learn how to work out for myself! Yay 🙂
