@sre411:I was looking for the same thing. I only found one so far, it's called Flat 151.
Here is the link: http://www.flat151.com/index.htm
Also, here is a pretty helpful overall link to Detroit venues (posted by someone on an earlier post:

Let me know how your search goes.
@Seattle Lee: Thank you so much for the information! I am just officiallly beginning my search, I got engaged last Tuesday (yay!!!). I looked at venue pre-proposal. Now that's it's here, just trying to narrow it down.
When is your wedding?
I actually know a location in Downtown that would be cool for that. It is about 3000sq place on 4th floor if I am not mistaken I would have to check.
Last year we were part of a complete makeover of an empty space in a mall where a wedding took place. So anything is possible. It is just a bit more work to set everything up.
@GoIzzy:Could you give more info about the place: website, address, who to contact, etc?

Hey there, Detroit Bees!
I have been thinking about venues, and I would love to get married in a loft. I think the space would represent us perfectly. I am going for a romantic, laid-back, artsy feel. I think a loft would be perfect! We could decorate it the way we want and really make it unique with our own personal touches.
Have any of you gotten married in a loft or know of anyone that did in the Detroit area? Also, what were the costs like?
Your help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!
