i did custom fortune cookies for my wedding last may, but i didn't use the site you listed. Intead I used fancyfortunecookies so I could color and flavor my cookies (blueberry and orange yum). 
@paper: how were they? i've looked at those, but was afraid the flavors might be yucky...
