I am. I haven't found many inspiration photos yet but I'm probably going to do a small cake on top then a bunch of cupcakes with roses on them or something along those lines, all of it on a cupcake tree.
This was my inspiration for our cupcakes: Martha Stewart Fall 2008 Wedding Issue
We are doing all the cupcakes pre-packaged in kraft colored boxes w/ a green or purple ribbon wrapped around the box w/ custom made labels on the front that read "Love, Sweet Love:" and our names. There are going to be three towers on a banquet table piled up in towers similiar to the photo.

this was my inspiration. my baker really likes it too so she's going to follow it but with fall colors & possibly adding frosting leaves.
Well, we will probably do donuts but I saw this and I think this is pretty sweet as well!

Yes! :) The inspiration cupcake photos are below. We are still going to have a 6 or 8 inch cake to cut, but everyone else gets cupcakes of various flavors and decoration.

@MrsJKH2be: Thanks! The place we found apparently has pretty AND tasty cupcakes. Best of both worlds. :)
We are having cupcakes, in lieu of a traditional wedding cake, and we are also having them serve as our main centerpieces. My fiancee and I will have a small cake to cut that signifies when the guests may eat the cupcakes. We are purchasing, and also making, vintage-looking cake plates to place them on. We are using scrapbooking paper with cute designs in our colors to wrap them in. We are also making the cupcakes ourselves. Wow, I'm getting tired just thinking of all the work that is going to go into this!

I'm in love with this wedding from Style Me Pretty, and hope to do something similar for our wedding. I've started collecting pretty plates from various stores as they strike me, as I want to have a small cake on a pedestal (to cut) surrounded by flowers as below, and then various plates at different heights with cupcakes on them for guests :).
