I’m really thinking about doing a detox or at least a fast. I need a jump start on this weight. I work out and just can not curb my eating!!!
Has anyone done a detox before and recommond one in particular? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!! 🙂

Haven’t done one before but i am interested.
I’ve heard of the “Dej Jam detox” – that whole lemon cayenne pepper thing that Beyonce supposedly does. Not sure how safe or accurate that is though.

Once in awhile my husband and I will fast for one day, usually for religious reasons like ash wednesday. It seems to help do a reset button on caffeine cravings but I do sometimes have to remind myself to eat normally the next day and not wolf down everything in sight. But as long as I keep my morning in check I usually feel really good the next day.

@souliganprincess: Yeah I’ve heard of that lemon cayenne!
@troubled: We do the Daniel Fast at the beginning of the year for religious reasons as well. I feel ad doing it to lose weight! 🙁
