Hey I live in Canada too, Alberta right now and yeah I'm more than sad. This has been the rainiest summer on record, we totally got jipped. And now let's get ready for 6 months of darkness and -30. UGH.
I love autumn weather, or err as much of "autumn weather" as we can get in LA :p I want to start pulling out my boots and scarves and coats!!
And as a side note, we had one of the coldest summers ever so there really hasn't been much of a weather change (except the sky is a little more gray).
I'm thrilled about it! Here in Washington, DC, we just had the hottest summer on record. The temperature was usually over 90°F, and frequently over 100°F. I was bicycling to downtown DC (nearly a 20-mile round trip, with some very steep hills) every week. I was wearing light clothes, wearing a Camel Bak so I could stay hydrated, and eating electrolyte-fortified jellybeans. And I still ended up at one point so dizzy from the heat that I just fell over, bike and all, and ended up with one elbow scraped until it looked like hamburger. Autumn just couldn't come soon enough for me!

I live in central Canada and we have very, er, extreme seasons here. I'm getting bummed that the weather is getting soo cold already! Last September was exceptionally hot. Like ten degrees (Celsius) hotter than usual which was soo nice. But it's been cold, windy, and wet here the past few days and it's bumming me out! We are actually having a thunderstorm as I type this which I, honestly, don't mind! We haven't had any GOOD thunderstorms like we used to when I was a kid recently. Kinda bums me out because I love a good storm!
