(Closed) anyone else do turbo jam?

One of my friends had a Turbo Jam DVD, but alas I do not have my own copy. In it’s place, I bought a couple of Jillian Michael’s DVDs to help me shake up my routine. Now that it’s winter (and my gym is packed) my workout routine looks something like this:

Sunday – gym time (40 minutes elliptical/treadmill, weights – usually arms)

Monday – 30 day shred DVD

Tuesday – Pilates

Wednesday – gym (if I’m motivated) or 30 day shred DVD

Thursday – Pilates

Friday – gym or day off

Saturday – gym (elliptical, abs, arms)

In January, I’m going to add Spinning to my Tuesday and Thursday Pilates routine (I’m training to be an instructor in Spinning and Pilates – one way to keep motivated!)
