Alright, now that Ive seen the trailer, Im excited! :)

I've convinced my FI to take me to see it for valentine's day, he said alright but he'll cover my eyes whenever channing is on the screen :p lol
OMG! I had never heard of this movie until just now, but YESSS I'm super excited to see it now! I will definitely be dragging my fiance to see this one! It looks like a major tear-jerker for me, though. When I see movies with sad love stories like that I always put myself in their shoes and it makes me so freakin' sad. Haha. Like PS, I Love You? OMG. I was a mess.
@CarolinaCola: you're welcome! :) I had heard about the movie but not seen the trailer until last week.. I thought it's a perfect movie for all the ladies on the bee, because we're either all getting married or are married :)
Awww. Mr.ND doesn't do chick flicks, but he loves Rachel McAdams (and I can't complain about Channing Tatum!) so this may have to be my Valentine's date request. It looks so sweet
@NDBee: yes just say she's in it and that should make him happy ;) haha.. yes it does look really sweet and the fact that it's based on a true story makes it even better!!!

@pandaboo: I just read up on it on IMDB. Too bad the book isn't available on Kindle yet, I love reading before I watch. I'd never seen ads for this, so I'm glad you posted!
@NDBee: me too! it says the book doesn't come out til february which is lame because that's when the movie comes out??
but there's an older version it's called the vow by kim carpenter... but i don't know if it's not selling anymore? I really would want to read it!!!
@pandaboo: So I immediately went online to find that book (cause I'm a book worm and I can't stand reading the book after watching he movie) and apparently is out of the market until february 10th!! I'm sad.
ETA: The original: "The Vow: The Kim and Krickitt Carpenter Story" is out of the market, they're releasing the one with the movie cover in feb.. =(.
@Coffee cup: I don't know why they did that :( i saw copies selling on amazon for $124 of the old version.. I guess some people are desperate to read it... ha sorry i won't pay that much for a book.. I guess we could pre-order and receive it on the 10th, that'll give us 4 days to read it?? valentine's is on the 14th right? lol
@pandaboo: I know I saw those prices and I just said "WTF" (outloud thankyouverymuch). It's nuts, really.
Lol. Saddly for me it'll take Amazon about 3 days to get my order here. So I guess I'm either not reading the book or not watching the movie, no middle point here.
@Coffee cup: yeah... they're just doing that so it'll get really hyped up and make tons of money!!! they're not thinking of the book worms like us!! haha
If it came out on kindle direct order on the 10th I could def read it before going on VDay. Come on, publishers, think of the bookworms!

I juuuust saw the trailer last night and got so excited. Our Anniversary is on V-Day (7 years!) so I'm always happy when there is a good movie option out. I love R. McAdams, so this one might be the best option yet!!
I will definitely see this!! I'll have to take my sister though, no way would my husband watch that!
Wow this looks really good but the trailer made me cry so I'm not sure what the movie would do to me!

I think it looks like a great love story and I hope it doesn't disappoint.. and yes it's based on true events about a couple that went through this and there's a book out there but I can't find it.. :( i think they stopped the sale of the original because they're releasing a new one with rachael mcadams and channing tatum on the cover.. correct me if I'm wrong or you know where I can find the book :)
