I am on week 5 right now…and I think it is funny that a lot of my symptoms have been opposite, or started way earlier than “normal.” I have been nauteous for over a week already and I have felt like someone punched me in the boobs for about 3 weeks. I also already have to buy new shampoo because I went to wash my hair and the smell was so overpowering I couldn’t even do it (and I used to LOVE that smell). It makes me wonder if I ovulated early and I am actually further along than I think I am!
On the other side, I have always had hormonal acne and my face has completely cleared up (yay!), I have no CM to speak of (I am never dry), I have been way less emotional than usual around my period AND instead of constipation (I actually am on perscription meds for colonic enertia/chronic constipation and I had to stop taking it) I can’t stay off the toilet (tmi I know!). So weird and the opposite of what they say should happen!
Anyone else in the same boat?

@Tatertot2003: At 5 weeks I had a lot more symptoms than I thought. They went away quite queickly (and I feel opposite because I was very lucky to not have any MS).
I also feel very opposite becuase Trimester 2 has been absolute hell compared to Trimster 1, lol. Everyone says, “Oh you are in the 2nd trimester. It’s the best.” No, not it is not, lol. At least not for me.

@Tatertot2003: Sadly I have no positive symptoms to speak of! Lucky you on your face clearing up – mine has been awful and it’s been hard to deal with since I’ve never had acne in my life. I wish I could stay in my house all day!
Enjoy it while it lasts though! Symptoms tend to come and go and change up over time – hopefully yours all stay away!

My symptoms started pretty much right away (nausea, sore boobs, fatigue, breathlessness) and have gotten worse each week. I’m 7 weeks now, and just PRAYING I am not one of those unlucky women whose morning sickness lasts through most of the pregnancy. I am enjoying the first trimester way less than I thought was possible 🙂

I have opposite symptoms as well! No morning sickness and I also can’t stay off the toilet (booty side down – ew). Zero bloat as well. Kind of making me nervous!

I had a lot of normal ones…BUT some of mine all came pretty late. No MS until maybe 9 weeks (but then it lasted all the way to 15 for me). No bloating until about 10-11 weeks and it’s still there.

You sound like me at 5 weeks. I always get tender breasts post-O so 3 weeks of breast tenderness sounds about right at this point.
I was really emotional for unrelated reasons (previous MC), but my skin was perfectly clear and still is. I also had the runs on & off at the beginning. Later on the constipation comes back with a vengence so don’t be surprised!
