Ick. My sister used it and had a terrible time with it! :(
Thanks for the warning - I think I will have an alternative plan in place for RSVPs.
This is good to know - I have had no trouble setting it up but I don't want to have any trouble with my guests using it!
ugh! that's what I've been trying to do the whole day, it would not work for me.. =(
as the FutureMrs. said, it was easy to set up. But when you actually try testing it, it keeps saying the guest cant be found.
I'm using Wedding Channel's RSVP system (they're run by The Knot), and it's been working for me. As long is they spell their name EXACTLY as written, then it works perfectly and updates your guest list automatically. I get an email everytime someone RSVPs, and then I cross-check my guestlist to make sure it went through.
I also put down my phone number just in case- so far I've had one phone RSVP because the website was down at the time.

I bought my invitations this weekend, but I planned to use The Knot's online RSVP system instead of sending out RSVP cards, which did not come with my invitation kit I purchased at Michaels. However, when I went to set it up, it wouldn't work! I saw lots of feedback on The Knot's site saying people were having a hard time getting it to work.
Has anyone used their RSVP feature on your wedding webpage through the Knot successfully? I might have to have a back up plan, such as a telephone number or email, on my invitations just in case this feature doesn't work.
