@springbride23:  I feel like there is just so much to do I don’t want to do it…. LOL! I could start on a few things and finish. Like, If I just go get printer ink, but table numbers and reception signage could be done. But I just haven’t. I should go do that…

@springbride23:  I hear you! I feel like it’s way too early to be putting together my programs, or centerpieces but I don’t want to wait until too close to the wedding either. However, it does seem like it’s getting closer now…we’ve been engaged for a year and a half so about the 6 month mark it started to feel much more real.

@springbride23:  I order our invitations, and was highly dissappointed when they arrived that I have to assemble them! I’m thinking, I paid all this money and you can’t even put them together for me. Ugh! So, I JUST decided that is FI’s job. LOL

@springbride23:  Yup! I feel very similar. It feels like an odd period before the wedding to do certain things. I have a list of stuff I want to order from Etsy but havent gotten around to doing it. I wanted to / and almost did get my bridesmaids presents but ended up not because FI felt we had more time. Then we went to look for a shower dress, but by me most stores dont have out Spring stuff in their dress departments.. just huge sales on winter stuff. We went to order the cake. During the tasting they gave us cupcakes to try. We loved the cupcakes. Two weeks later we went back to order a b irthday cake… and we were certainly NOT in love with the cake (which we ordered in the same flavor, we would order our wedding cake). + the price the baker gave us what 100 dollars cheaper, than what the owner told us… AND they wanted us to pay in full, which I just cant see paying in full for a cake 5 months prior to the wedding.

@springbride23:  OMG me too! I was sooooo excited, hooked on magazines and online researching, etc. Now I just keep putting stuff off and just can’t seem to get going again. I need to get my a$$ back in the game!!

@SparkleBee11:  I would order on Etsy ASAP! I have ordered so much on there and sometimes, no matter how great the reviews, shipping is longer than expected. Plus, it is about to be wedding season. I’d order now to be on the safe side.I’m also getting anxious about my rehearsal dinner dress! My daughters are our flower girls, so we are buying more of an easter style dress to save money. I’m itching to start seeing those in stores. lol

@springbride23:  Haha, I told him I made an Executive decision 😉

@springbride23:  I could have written this EXACT post!

It is a weird feeling because I have loved planning and I thought that I would be so into it like 4-5 months out! I need some motivation to do the things I dont want to do!!

SO close but so far!
