I was a candle bearer in my cousins wedding when i was 11ish. Never a part of the planning or parties though.
So no, I have never been a bridesmaid. All my friends are still single.
I haven't! None of my BMs have ever been one either (although two of them will be BMs this summer, before my wedding). In fact, I've only been to two weddings my whole life, and both were very small, casual events. It's made it hard for me to plan such a big wedding when I've never actually experienced one! I'll be going to a wedding in about a month, but it will be a little late to use it for inspiration!
I've only been a bridesmaid once when I was 15 years old... 30 years ago.
I've never been a bridesmaid! My 2 friends who have gotten/are getting married either had too many sisters/sisters in law, or chose not to have a wedding party. The rest of my friends have yet to get married, so I'm hoping i'll get to be a BM at least once!
The first wedding I was ever in was my own, lol. I always wanted to a flower girl when I was little, but nobody in our family got married when I would have been young enough for the job, so there went that dream.
And I'm the first of my close friends to get married, so no bridesmaid opportunities either. I have a guarantee of being in my best friend's wedding party, but she's not engaged yet. So I guess I'll still be only a bride, never a bridesmaid for a while longer!
I wasn't, until last year! Many of my friends were already married, but I just never was one of the BMs. Finally last year, my friend had me as one, and man, I don't think I ever care to be one again! Of course, if another friend asked me I would happily support her and be in her bridal party...and I'm honored my friend wanted me to be in hers!! But it honestly wasn't exactly the least stressful experience of my life and was definitely expensive too! 
Never in a wedding until my own, I had only been to 2 weddings before, and both were for family members.
I've never been a bridesmaid. I was a flower girl for my uncle's wedding when I was only 7 years old, but have not been in a wedding since. A lot of my close friends are single. A few have married, but I grew apart with them a few years ago, so they chose not to include me in their wedding, understandably. I know that eventually I'll be my younger sister's matron of honor when she gets married, and I'll be a bridesmaid when my best friend gets married...but neither of those will be happening anytime soon. I will be that bride that has never been in any other weddings...most people usually complain that it's the other way around haha.
I've never been a bridesmaid. I will be a bridesmaid for my SILs wedding in 2013 but that is so far away!
Never been a bridesmaid! Was a personal attendant for a good friend last fall. Pretty much did all bridesmaid things except wear the lookalike dress, since BM's were all her sisters who were younger and less reliable :)
I think you're lucky! I've been in two weddings so far (SIL and good friend), and I know I have one more to go where I'll be MOH (sister)... and I'm hoping that's it! It's a lot of money, time, and hard work. It'll be worth it for my sister, but like I said, after that I hope I'm done!
I've also never been a bridesmaid. I've been a flower girl twice when I was younger, but that is all.
I was a Jr bridesmaid for my uncles wedding a long time ago, when I was way too young to know what being a bridesmaid was about, and I was never involved in any of the activities, just the wedding, so I would say no, not really.
I was a flower girl when I was 4 years old...the only thing I remember about it was running and crying to sit with my dad once I got to the end of the aisle because I was too nervous to stand up front the whole time! So yeah, never been a bridesmaid. I feel like I'm missing out a little bit haha. None of my friends or close family are anywhere close to getting married (in fact, the only one who was in a serious relationship just became single again) so I doubt I will be one for a very long time, if ever!
I've never been a bridesmaid!! I was a little hurt that a few bffs didn't ask me, but I'm sure it will happen when other friends of mine take the plunge.
I've never been one, so I was really nervous about making sure that my BM's were happy, cause I have no idea what it feels like to be on the other side!
I've never been a bridesmaid or participated in anyone's wedding. I'm the oldest in the family and the first of my friends to be getting married though, so maybe that will change. Once I was a babysitter at a wedding. Not a good idea...

i'm really trying to make sure that it's fun and special for them, not "work" at all!
I was a BM for my SIL. It was very easy and relaxed. We got to choose our dresses (and therefore how much was spent). We threw her a nice relaxed bridal shower, just a potluck at a friend's house and whatnot. Now she's my MOH and I'm trying to make it the same for her and my BMs. All I've done is asked them to find black floor-length dresses. I don't even want any parties! I am currently also a BM in another friends wedding and she is asking a lot of us now during the planning stage, and the weekend of the wedding we are going to run the whole show from decorating to catering. I wish I'd known before I agreed. . . but maybe it'll be fun, even though it's been a bit stressful so far.
Not yet! I would love to be one though...so hopefully when one of my sisters or friends get married. :) I was a flower girl when I was 4, maybe? I remember it quite well actually, haha. I was too scared to walk down by myself so the Pastor walked with me and held my little hand!
never!!! well i was almost one but declined shortly after accepting. and i was sort of a flower girl but not really....my job was to hand out the bird seed that was to be thrown when my aunt and uncle left the church but i didnt like walk down the isle throwing flowers or looking cute and holding a basket. i think for me it will be only a bride never a bridesmaid...by the time my friends get married i would be matron not maid... and thats if im asked to.
I was a Junior Bride in my aunt's second wedding and I'm an Usher in my friend's upcoming wedding, but no BM title for me.

Me neither, though I was a flower girl in my aunt's wedding when I was six. At 26 I'm the only one of my friends who's even engaged so there's been no opportunity to be a BM. My FSIL (FI's twin) just got engaged and I'm really hoping she'll ask me to be in the bridal party. Since I made her my MOH and she hasn't done ANYTHING, I'd be reall annoyed if she didn't at least make me a BM.
Never been a bridesmaid. I was asked to be a bridemaid for a close friend's wedding but their engagement didn't last. Kinda knew it from the begining, but oh well. My MOH has never been a bridemaid, but my one other bridemaid, my sister, has been in a lot. Not sure why cause she claims she doesn't have close friends, yet she's been a bridemaid like 5 times. lol.

I will be a bridesmaid for the first time in October, for one of MY bridesmaid's wedding! Can't wait!
I was supposed to be one in my friend's wedding, this coming September, but after she asked me, I never really heard anything about it from her again. When I confronted her about it a whie ago, she explained that she had chosen too many girls too soon (like 3 years out), and had to let some go. That's fine, but it would have been nice if she told me.
Never been either, except was a junior bridesmaid when I was 9. All my close friends have sisters, so I've accepted I will never be a maid of honour :-(
Nope. I haven't had anyone close to me get married yet.
ETA: Well, it would also help if I had girls as friends. I have my MOH, but she's not with anyone. My other bridesmaids aren't in relationships either. Hmmm.. Oh, and I only have brothers. J is the only child. I can't say that I am bothered by the possibility of never being a bridesmaid.
I have only done some photography for family weddings. I have never been a bridesmaid and I love it! My sister has been in almost two weddings a year for the past four years. She groans every time someone else gets married! LOL. She is my only bridesmaid. She is enough drama herself.

I have been a bridesmaid, but I was too young to actually know what I had to do. And that was my sister's wedding. Other than that, I have never been a BM. After college, I moved far away from my friends and even though we still keep in touch they didn't ask me to be a BM because of distance.
Anyone else that have never been a BM?
