ok so here are MY wedding heels :]
now, i KNOW they're not your typical heels, but i'm not the typical bride. i'm just wearing these for the wedding day photos btw, like with my bridesmaids downtown before the ceremony. i'm actually wearing some cute deep red flats for the actual ceremony and dance reception, seeing as i'm not a heel kinda girl :P
i'm also going to be wearing these sugar skull heels in our 'pre-wedding day photos' with a black top and skinny jeans, to have displayed at the reception with the future husband to be.

so, to the point of this post!!!...are any other brides going the route i am?? i feel like a "sissy" for not being a heel girl, but i'm not into pain on my wedding day ha :] pics of your heels, flats, or whatever are more than welcomed! comments too!
I had to wear flats because FI is only one inch taller than me :( He didn't want me taller than him at the ceremony, bless his heart. Mine are really ugly but thankfully they'll be hidden by my dress

I'm opting for flats for my entire wedding day. I figure it'll be hot in July and i'll have a big white dress on, i might as well have comfortable feet :)
I had heels and flats, and I'm sooo glad I had the flats. I wore my heels for a few hours, but the venue was outdoors and the ground was pretty soft in spots from rain the previous weekend. It was so nice putting on my flats and being able to get around easier!
Im wearing FUN PUMPS for my Ceremony and then changing into Glittery Silver Flats for the Reception! =)
I am wearing lace up balet slipper type flats. I can't wear heels becuase I have knee problems.
i wore blue sequined rocket dog flats for my wedding. best choice ever. my feet didn't hurt the entire day and i still wear them! i love both of your shoe choices, btw.
I'm wearing Heels until my feet can't take it no more and then wearing my flats.
I found amazing glittery flats that I'll be wearing for the wedding day. I wear heels all the time to work and such, but FI isn't that much taller than me, and we want to keep it that way for photos on the big day :)
I am wearing flats :) FI is shorter than me so I don't really have a choice :-p
I wore heels for the ceremony and some of the pictures. Then I switched to flats. My feet in the heels were killing me and I was afraid I was going to fall on my face, lol. Even in the flats, I still ended up with blisters because we danced so much. I am so happy I brought the flats - I know I would have ended up barefoot if I hadn't.
i had planned on wearing flats for my wedding but after getting my dress altered it just didnt flow they way it should so i opted for low heels (had i gone any taller my dress would be too short) i was sad i didnt get to wear my cute red flats though :(

I'm wearing flats. Everyone has been so opinionated about this and telling me I should wear heels (I never wear heels and it's a beach/garden wedding so I don't see the point) and I like my height compared to my FH cause he says we 'fit' together (he is tall, i'm not so tall). I feel bad about wearing them due to everyones opinions but whatever you are comfortable with go ahead and wear!
I wore my heels for the church ... and that was basically it. ;)
I opted for gumboots during our outdoor pics (wet weather) and flats for reception and dancing.
I'll be wearing flat sandals since I'm going to be doing photos on the beach and probbaly getting married on grass. Haven't bought them yet but something like this!
Getting married in hawaii, although not on a beach, but right next to one so we will get some photos done there. FH and I are close to same height and I never wear heels anyways.

I WAS going to wear flats. And then it turns out they measured me wrong (and hemming isn't an option) so without heels my hemline is way too long.
So I'm wearing wedges. Ugh.
FI is 4 inches shorter, so no heels here!

I'm wearing heels for the ceremony and some photos (in a kerry green colour) and then changing into my lime green converse for reception. I have a back injury, so I can't wear heels for long periods of time, plus I love my chucks and they're so me.
I orginally was going to wear heels;
They are blue glitter heels but they make me taller then the FH and I dont like being taller then him so I decided to go with Flats!
They are soooo comfortable....and I cant wait to wear them on my big day!
If you're wearing heels and flats... won't your dress drag on the ground? I was considering doing heels/flats but opted for Naturalizer 3 in heels that are pretty comfy and still bringing some platform blinged out flip flops just in case.
I am about 90% sure I will be wearing flats! I'm getting married in a garden and I don't want my heels poking through the grass as I'm walking down the aisle. Also my dress length is PERFECT and does not need to be altered so if I wear a heel it might look a little short.

@Soon2bSuttle That is why I am wearing flats too. Nothing like falling down on your wedding day while youre trying to walk down the aisle cus your heel got stuck in the ground. LOL!
FI is much taller than me, but I went with flat because they're more comfortable.
i got married on the sand and part of my reception was a bonfore beach party! so i wore flats the whole time. i loved them and have got to wear them several time since my wedding which i also love! well, they had one inch heels, but basically i consider them flats.
I am getting married in Maui, on a lawn just outside a restaurant (Merrimans).
@Ill Be Mrs B: I had my dress altered to be a LITTLE higher than normal (with heels on) because I knew I'd have flats at some point.
The dress shuffled on the floor a little at the reception, but nothing major. Indoors was fine.
I'm wearing flats as well. I want to be comfortable and I think I'm going with some TOMS too. They have a wedding line now! YEAH!
I'm definitely on the bandwagon with you ladies! I will be wearing flats, but I'm still searching for the perfect pair of champagne or gold beauties with just a little shine!

This thread got me looking at shoes on etsy, and I found a few that I think are super cute! I am not comfortable in high heels, so I'll be wearing flats or a very low heel.

My mom kept fighting me about wearing flats. My FI and I are about the same height. I insist that I am a fracton taller :) I got 3 in heels. I mean people know how tall I am I can take them off for pictures if I have to or if he wants me to, but I'm not really self conscious about it.
My shoes came today! They have a slight wedge and still seem formal enough for my dress and our evening wedding. They are more red and less pink in person.
I wore flats and I am SO GLAD I did! They were so comfortable!!!! And they made for the cutests pics! My girls wore sandals :)
These are the flats I have right now. I had a hard time finding plum flats that I liked. If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them. I checked all the usual places- Zappos, DSW, Endless.
