I took all of the Wilton courses and LOVED it. I now make makes for my friends and people at work. It is fun Smile

I highly suggest the courses!

I don’t have my wilton course cakes on this computer, but I have a few others.

Great job! I’ve done Wilton Level 1 & 2, and I just finished gum paste & fondant, which I think may be their level 3 now. My teacher for level 1&2 hated me because a lot of the Wilton stuff is REALLY old fashioned and I used to modernize it, LOL! They’ve just re-vamped the courses though, so I was in the “official” first new Level 3 class in North America. It’s WAY better and I’m really happy I finally learned gum paste and fondant!

This is the cake I made for my Level 3 “graduation”. It wasn’t one in the book, I improvised. Are you seeing a trend here?! Sorry for the crappy cellphone pic.
