I want to get a Wii and try the WiiFit!
I played baseball against Bee, and was incredibly sore the next day. I think I have yet to master the wrist flick... I was batting like I was really hitting baseballs!
I need to get back on it. We got WiiFit when it first came out. I'm a huge fan of the hula hooping... my abs were so sore. I think I get too into it. :) I get sore from Wii Sports too. Tennis and Baseball (HR derby!) get me sore too. I think I swing too hard. :)
I love it. I got it as a gift this Christmas and have actually had success with it so far! Boy and I have been competing with each other to see who can meet their goals the fastest. I hate working out, so it's been a great motivator.
What is your routine? I like to start with the yoga, then do two cardio activities (I alternate so I don't get bored), a few strength training exercises, and finish up with a balance game (usually the penguin one!) as a reward.
Do you have a favorite game?

I gotta say, I didn't expect the WiiFit to do much to me, but BOY are my calves sore today! I did the WiiFit 2 days in a row and I can barely walk! And my arms are also a bit painful from the boxing activity. I'm somewhat impressed.
I'm using it to supplement other activities: 30 day shred, snowboarding, perhaps gym classes. I really like the tracking feature; it's great to get a graph of your progress.
Anyone else use the Wii or WiiFit to add something fun to their routine?
