I’m also in the same boat you are…my temps are really quite low and we’re still trying. I’m mostly just commenting to see if anyone else answers your question positively.

@candy11:  Here’s my chart for last month. It never even gave me crosshairs, but I still think I O’d. I don’t use OPKs, just temp and CM. So far I’m 10 days into cycle 5 and just really hoping something happens. on FF, I am DEBINNZ if you want to add me.

I don’t know how to add a link for my FF charts…sometimes I am really quite thick when it comes to this stuff. Sigh.

@candy11:  For me, my temps were low because I had hidden Hashimotos.  My Drs had only tested my TSH and that was always fine even optimal most of the time.  About 2.5 years ago, I finally had a Dr (an endocrinologist) that tested TSH, free t3, free t4, tpo antibodies, and antithyroglobulin antibodies, and THAT showed my Hashimotos finally.  I’d had it for years as was evidenced by my temps that were ALWAYS low, but Drs still never had tested me beyond TSH because “that test tells all about thyroid problems”.  You might not have a thyroid problem like I do, but if you haven’t been tested further than just TSH, then odds are that they are likely missing the boat with you too.

This is my temp ribbon starting from before we found out and started addressing my thyroid issues until last year.  You can see that my starting temps were clearly low and that as we found out and addressed the thyroid issue, they started rising until now these days they are in the normal range.

@dodgercpkl:  Do you take Armour or Levothryoxine/Synthroid?  I hated the heart palpitations when I was taking synthroid. I have hypothyroidism.  My temps are low too–right now I’m in the middle of in an anovulatory cycle.

Edit to add an omitted data chart for personal reasons.

@candy11:  I don’t know why FF didn’t give me crosshairs. Originally I was supposed to O on CD10, then after that date it changed it to CD13 and then took it away altogether. This is actually my best chart. Previous ones don’t show such a clear difference pre- and post-O.

@debinoxford:  I think it’s because of your cervical fluid readings.  I would say you ovulated on CD12.

@candy11:  My bbt was always around 97.5 before ovulation and 98-99 after ovulation and I am 29 1/2 weeks pregnant despite PCOS and other infertility. Take care of your body and be healthy, that’s the best advice I can give you. After over 2 years of infertility, one good fallopian tube and PCOS causing many issues, 6 months of Paleo/gluten free and I was pregnant on my own without really trying.

@beekiss:  When I went back and changed that CM entry on CD 14, it gave me crosshairs on CD12. Thanks. It’s tricky to read CM accurately sometimes.

My bbt was usually around 95-96 pre o and 96-98 post o. I am 29 weeks pregnant. I was told being a mouth sleeper could have attributed to low temps.

@candy11:  have you mentioned your temps to your doctor before? What did he or she say? I don’t think low temps automatically mean there is a problem, but I’d definitely talk to the doctor just in case. Do you have any other symptoms that would line up with a thyroid issue?
