… Ours is!
Winter time is really hard, especially with an only child because there is so much indoor time where she needs to play by herself. It turns her into a little spaz and boy is it exhausting!
We try and line up playdates when we can and give her some art projects that take some time and thought to temper things.
How do you parents keep kids from going stir crazy when it is too cold to be outside?
anyone have any clever ideas?

Whoa! I get you so well.
Im posting to follow up on some suggestions the bees might give.
In my case: I have two active girls 3 and 4 whom are CONSTANTLY asking “what’s next”. It drives me nuts to have a minute by minute play of the day for them because even though we still take them out to play, it’s just not feasible to do it as much as they would like to considering the weather conditions, and it is exhausting.
How old is your daughter? Maybe we can share different activities that may work (if we have not previously done/tried them)

Today we baked muffins, painted, played with stickers, danced to the radio, matched socks and dusted. We also played candy land and hi ho cherry-o. My girls are 10 and 2. I will be happy when it is not 2 degrees out with the wind chill!
