Can anyone tell me how much I should set aside for the flower arrangements. Can I get something reasonable for $1500??? for everything (ceremony decor, centerpieces, bouquet, etc)

I have not heard of this florist–but it is good that you are doing research so you can get reviews because a girl I work with went with a very cheap florist and she was so disappointed.  Her bouquet was half dead and had to have one made in a different color just so she could have fresh flowers.

I am using Bride and Bloom in Long Beach.  My older sister had her flowers done by them and they were GORGEOUS!!!!!! I have been working with them to narrow down my designs and I cannot say enough good things about them.  My quote was $1900 for 11 centerpieces, 3 large altar arrangement, and all the bouquets and such and I am using roses and tulips—NOT cheap stuff.  The website is brideandbloomflowers.com

I used Thuy’s Bridal in Garden Grove.  I payed approx. less than 3k for centerpieces w. led lights, chair covers with sash (she personally made them since she didn’t have my colors in stock and we had 300+guests), cake table decor, a backdrop for the head table, flowers for our 22 person bridal party, and 20+ boutonierrs (sp?) for our sponsors and whoever else was invovled with the ceremony, church pew flowers, church altar flowers, etc.   A whole lot of stuff!!  I couldn’t have been more happier!  She was even sweet enough to make flowers (without my knowing) to tie onto the chair sashes BUT she didn’t get enough time to actually put them on.

Loved her work and her prices!
