So FI and I have recently decided that we are going to fund the wedding on our own.  Since I work a full time job and coach high school cheerleading in the evenings during the week- my time is really limited as far as getting another part time job.

I signed up to sell AVON over the weekend :-)  I am just looking to see if other bees have done it before and was wondering if you could share your experience and tips of the trade with a newbee!

I was considering it as well, but don't know a lot of people that buy it.  I'm interested to see what other bees say.

it was a headache for me i sold it for about 8 months...

but part of my issue was a lazy regional manager and then where i live many other ppl sale avon so it's hard to break in to it

also you have to buy your books which can get pricey

returns are a big cluster**ck you have to offer a 100% gurantee and accept returns but yet they charge you to ship stuff back even if it's wrong or broken etc.

my shipment was always late coming in but like i said this had to do with a regional manager who wouldn't ever help me out, let me train with her or be available,

plus she called like every day trying to sale me someting **wtf i can buy that myself why do i need to buy from you*

selling online or selling just mark might be okay

i didn't make hardly any money *well i did buy a lot of stuff for myself lol* but after paying fees and buying books and supplies it was expensive

i always place my orders online you might have better luck placing orders over the phone bc around christmas a lady wanted a certain type of slipper they were out of her color/size...but didn't tell me until i had already submitted the order online.

so i called her and she chose another color no big deal...well when i submitted that order for 1 set of slippers *10mins after I submitted the 1st one* I was charged with a later order fee of $7.50 the slippers only cost $10 and most times when i called customer help they didn't speak english....
