have any type of procedure done to reduce the size of their arms. I am considering both lipo and non invasive procedures and would like some advice. The wedding is only a couple of months away and I am in desperate need of help 🙂 and morale boost. Any advice would be wonderful!

I haven’t had it done personally. I’ve seen it done on a plastic surgery show though… just the surgical style (brachioplasty) and the scarring was awful. I think if one were to go the non-invasive route (smart lipo maybe?) the results would be a bit less scary.
I see that your wedding date is coming up very soon though, maybe too soon to really research your options fully? If possible, make an appointment for a consultation ASAP and find out what the healing time would be, and how long it would take to see optimal results. The Dr. might tell you that it will take 6-8 weeks for the swelling to go down all the way, and that’s too close to your wedding date.
Also, talk to your photog about your body issues, they’ll be able to help you with poses etc… that can flatter you …
And a final note… don’t get too caught up in trying to look like a runway model on your wedding day… all brides are beautiful, and the love between you and your groom is the most important feature to show off 🙂
