TheRoseDress accepts a one time return of the item purchased. For all returns certain restocking fee is applied except for items that are purchased at our in-store supply. In addition, customers need to shoulder the expense when he or she chooses to return an item, this include the shipping cost for returning the item back to us, restocking fee, and shipping cost for the replacement. For incident that customer do not ask yet for a replacement, TheRose dress will keep the balance on record as store credit which can be use for your next purchase. Store credit is valid for one year only, once it expire it no longer reversible.
