I got a Nutribullet primarily to eat healthier and fix my irritable bowel issue. Have had it for two weeks and love it. Got the Nutribullet because you don’t lose the pulp of the food. would also like to get rid of some weight but that’s secondary to feeling better.
Any other Nutribullet users? I would love to hear other tips, recipes. Right now my add ins are Chia seeds or FLaxseed. I love fruit and vegetables but before this I never would have had five or more servings a day!!!!!!!!

I have a vitamix which also makes smoothies etc, without removing the pulp. I tend to use it more for its other uses such as grinding coffee, pureeing soup etc. but I do sometimes make veggie and fruit smoothies for breakfast. Its great for a breakfast on a run.
However, I eat a ton of veggies so getting extra isnt an issue for me.

@Pamelor55: I have one! I looovveee it! I had a juicer at first then realized that I wasnt getting everything I could out of the fruit and veggies I could. so I bought the bullet and it is awesome! whats your favorite recipes?!

How is clean up? I HATE cleaning my juicer! The fact that you maintain everything from the fruits and veggies plus easy clean up would be great!

Clean up is lterally two minutes. The blade is in the lid to the container. I rinse the lid as soon as I take it off. You get two size containers. I always use the large. You put the veggies, fruit and add ins in the container and screw on the lid. Turn over and lock into base. It’s FIVE minutes and that includes coring an apple and pear. Rinse the container as soon as you are done. That’s it’s for cleanup.
I use a combination of fresh and frozen fruit. I like cold drinks.
I always start with spinach and carrots. My favorite combo has probably been banana, frozen peach/ mango, frozen blueberries, a half pear, a little honey and chia seeds with water.
Spinach, carrots, pear, apple, frozen blueberries, honey, flax seed. That’s really good. I added raw sweet potato, again great.
I’ve also added cottage cheese and a scoop of protein powder, also almonds.
The only bad mix was one day my DH mixed frozen broccoli, green beans, lima beans with no fruit. It looked bad and he couldn’t get it down.

super easy! The juicer I have is a pain in the BUTTto clean up but the bullet is so fast as long as you clean up right after and dont let it sit.

My daughter-in-law’s mother is a healthy eating fanatic ( I dont mean that negatively, I couldn’t think of another word) and when she got the bullet for my DIL, I didn’t look any further.
Funny story. DIL mother made brownies with hempseed in them. My husband ate one Saturday. He is changing jobs in less than two weeks and has to take a drug test. He is worried about the brownie!
