(Closed) Anyone have issues with bloating after ab/cardio workouts?

@pokie45:  Are you eating or drinking carbonated or high fiber foods within two hours before working out? If I eat/drink too much water, soda, or fiber before working out I tend to get bloated too.

If you drink a lot of water when you work out that could be it. I know I do and I always have a bloated belly after a workout.
