Does anyone have the sweet tea recipe for a Chinese Tea Ceremony?  I purchased Green Oolong tea from Ten Ren and know that I need longons, dates, lotus seeds, and magnolia petals called pak hup(?).  But I don't know how to put them all together?  Do I need to sweeten the Oolong tea?  Do I add the longons with the shell or remove the shell?  And what does pak hup look like?  are they the yellow flowers that look like mums that you find in tea?  I'm in the los angeles area - would anyone know where to get the pak hups?
