Yeah, they sent me the wrong envelopes and now no one is responding to my emails. It's so frustrating! I can't find a phone number now.
They don't have a phone number because they prefer email. I however placed an order last Sunday evening and received it on Thursday, no problem. Maybe their server is down or something? I just emailed them and it also got sent back. I have a feeling they're having a problem with their server, because like I said I got an order from them no problem, less than a week ago.
I ordered stuff from them on like, a weekly basis....I always got everything within a week, but I live in MA which is where they are. I would think something is wrong with their server as said above, or maybe they were closed for the holiday week or something? I wish I had some contact info for you!
I have ordered from them before, both samples and all my pocket folders and received them all within the last week and a half. They have been absolutely fantastic with all my questions. Here is one of the emails that I used to correspond with them,
It's a different one than listed on their website and it's a yahoo one so it's probably not down. I'm afraid I don't have a number for you but I do live in MA so I could always drive over there and bang on their door if you can't get ahold of them! :)
I would feel really weird ordering from a place that didn't have a phone number. I would usually use email for the most part, but for things just like this they should have an email. Shady.
I think the reason there is no phone number is because its a small family run business. I'm pretty sure it's a mother-daughter team, their names are Lisa and Becky. The email address I listed above is an email that Becky corresponded with me from. Their products are very high quality and I know an extremly popular invitation designer in MD, Handmade by Allison uses their pocket- folders for her invitation designs.
They were so wonderful and professional with me - I got my pocketfolders and mats 3 weeks ago - and really couldn't be more pleased. Very high quality, and good customer service. Try again tomorrow - must just be a bad day.
I've ordered multiple things from them (including all of the pocketfolders from my recently completed invitations) and they've all come in a timely manner. I had a problem processing my cc the very first time and corresponded wth them via e-mail and they were great. I don't think they're shady--they might just be a smaller outfit not really equipped to handle the immedicay of phone calls.
Ordered 150 mats and pocketfolds mid-late June and got them late June. Everything was AWESOME.
They just moved to a new building ( i work in MA and just picked up my order last week) so I wonder if their new email connection just isn't set up properly yet. To date, they have been very responsive with my needs and you can't beat the quality and price of their products.

This is Becky from C&P, a customer just brought this post to my attention so I thought I would register just so I could shed some light on the situation.
We are indeed having a 'small' technical difficulty, we actually were in the process of switching our site to a new host, which resulted in the email being shut down. There was no warning, and I was not even made aware of the problem until it had been down for an entire afternoon.

In regards to the phone lines, it is true that C&P is run by a small family & friends staff. In order to open up the phone lines we would have to hire not just one-- but a few customer service representatives to handle the volume of calls we would receive, which would result in higher prices on our products. We ultimately prefer to offer you the lowest pricing we can, and have chosen for the time being to limit customer service to email which is more time efficient and can be handled by one person.

I had nothing but good experiences with C&P. Through the entire process of ordering samples, asking questions about the products, placing my order and recieving my order - they were wonderful! I'm glad I was able to also help support a small family business while getting a great product that my friends and family loved. Keep up the good work - I've told all of my engaged friends about C&P!
I'm glad to hear from the owner, because I was considering ordering from them and was a bit turned off by this post. Good customer service! I take back my phone comment, except I would still hope they would be willing to give one for emergencies to current clients if asked.
Thats really great customer service from the owner to get on the boards and respond - would definitely make me consider ordering from them!
Anyone on the fence about ordering - Take the Plunge. They are offering a great product at a reasonable price. Plus it's great to support small businesses! I ordered samples of colors and was sent a mountain of free pieces that were close to the colors I was looking at. I received my samples 2 days after I ordered. I went ahead and ordered enough materials to make 60 invitations - it arrive in less than one week packaged with care and a personal note! I have nothing but great things to say about them.
I ordered my pocketfolds from C&P based on recommendations from a Bee who used them for her wedding and I was beyond thrilled with their product. Everything from pricing to quality of paper to customer service went above and beyond what I could've expected. It's unfortunate that they have had a minor setback with technical issues this week, but let's be honest, nothing's perfect and for a company to have recieved as many rave reviews as C&P does, I think that should get them a break. Becky and Lisa are wonderful to work with -- invitations are integral to weddings and I have no complaints about mine! :)
I almost forgot that I wanted to share a story that totally sold me on ordering from them! Prior to making my invites, I ordered a sample of a certain color that I wanted to use for my mats. Turns out that my particular color that I was wanting was no longer available but instead of giving me a "we're so sorry... can't help you" story, they sent me 6 other samples of colors that were similar to what I wanted. Impressive. I ended up going with one of their recommendations; they were never less helpful intil the very end.
I just wanted to add another good review for them... I order a couple times from them over the last year for my invites and I've had really good customer service. The prices are great and they ship to canada which is another plus. I had heard about them from weddingbee.
I recently ordered a sample deck from them and it came on time and well-packaged. No complaints from me!
I just wanted to say that Cards and Pockets is an amazing company that has great customer service. I ordered samples from them and they got to me quickly. When I finally did place my order with them some of my items got damaged in shipping and some where the wrong color. They went above and beyond and sent me new pockets folds free of charge before I sent back the incorrect ones. I plan to order from them for any furture needs and always recommend them. I wish more companies were like them.
Also just FYI I got my order very quickly and I live in California. I ordered on Sunday and it was at my door by Friday morning. Amazing....

I ordered a sample from cardsandpockets.com several weeks ago and have not received it. Now my emails are being returned as undeliverable. There is no phone number on their website. Is anyone else having problems? Did they go out of business or something??? Does anyone have a phone number for them?
