(Closed) Anyone interested in starting a workout support group?

@parapluie:  count me in! Ideally I’d like to lose 90 more lbs to get to my goal weight. So far I’ve been trying a couch to 5k program, loving it! My diet seems to be the struggle, I eat well during the week only to blow it on the weekends lol

@parapluie:  Hey ladies! We actually already have a group set up for those who are doing chalene extreme, p90x, Insanity, and other beachbody programs…We post everyday to make sure we’re all working, share recipe ideas, laugh/cry together…it’s a really fun way to stay connected πŸ™‚ would you want me to send you that info!?!

@parapluie:  I’m running/jogging/walking every other day (tues, thurs and Sat) and then I do a brisk walk on my ‘off’ days mainly because I like to walk and I get bored with any other equipment or workouts lol

I’ve also heard about ‘cheat days’ I guess I must be doing it wrong lol

@parapluie:  I gained a pound last week πŸ™ but I will keep working on it! I had a little trouble finding new sneakers to workout in but I found a great pair and love them! I’m almost ready to move up to the next level in jogging πŸ™‚

@parapluie:  I’ve tried measuring, it always seems to stay the same lol except the one day I held the tape wrong and nearly had a heart attack lol but the scale was my friend this morning, and will be until Friday lol I need to be good on the weekends! (or learn those cheat day secrets lol) How are you doing?

I have this program! and LOVE IT! Was suppose to start phase 3 this month but with the wedding so soon I have become overly stressed and keep putting it off! I have lost 80lbs and yes! Highly reccommend a good workout program with weights! Like this Chalean extreme, or p90x!
