I worked at a bridal shop that had Alfred Angelo, and with the measurements that you are providing, I’d go with a size 4. You want to order to accomodate her measurements, and don’t want the dress too tight. It’s always possible to take a dress in, but letting it out can be dangerous. AA doesn’t provide much at all in the way of seam allowance to let their dresses out. A 4 would be perfect in the bust and waist, just slightly large in the hips, but depending on the cut, the hips probably won’t matter.

Hope this helps!

i think it depends on the dress. my girls are wearing alfred angelo’s too. one of their measurements are 00 bust, 0 waist, & 4 hips. we ordered her a 0 because the bottom the the dress is flowy and it doesnt matter so much. & the top can be taken in if it needs it. i would order the 4. you can always take it in, but you can only let it out so much.

I think she should order the 4. AA orders the dress based on your largest measurement. However if she wants to order the 2…according to our consultant…all dresses can be let out or taken in 2 dress sizes.

My girls all had 2 sizes larger than their street size.  I don’t know their measurements but most had to go up because of their hips and stomach area.  All the dress are much too long but my tallest girl is 5’5.  My bridal dress was only one size larger.
