I don't know but I wantd to give you my support! Nj is the same way so (because I didn't want to hypenate) I'm changing my name. :-(
It's a 2nd marriage for me and I figured when my kids are older I'd want to ditch the ex-h's last name so I decided to just bite the bullet. But the whole ituation of how much these gov agencies stink just bugs me! So good luck in your plan!

I did the four name (2 middle name) route. I got my SS card, no problem there. I went to get my driver's license and they refused to put all four names, even with showing my SS card, so my maiden name isn't on it. I almost cried at the DMV! Afterward, I read somewhere on weddingbee that if I had gotten a passport before the license, then the DMV would have had to put all four names.
Now, we are talking about doing some international travel, and thus, I am applying for my first passport. I want it to have four names, and I would LOVE to get a new drivers license with all four names on it. How do I make this happen?
