my sister picked her father daughter dance song to be "niña bonita". can't remember who sings it. beautiful song, not one dry eye in the place!
Im planning on dancing "BUTTERFLY KISSES" and the spanish version is called "BESOS DE MARIPOSA" It sings about the stages as the daughter grows up till she gets married. I danced it for my quince with my dad and i hope to dance it with my dad again on my wedding day.

I am looking for a song for the bride in the "growing up" slide show we are making for the couple. She is from Chile...so I would like a song in Spanish. Any suggestions for me?
Dayton I would suggest the same i suggested for verosara, "Besos de Mariposa" by Miguel Angel Guerra, it talks all about the bride growing up.
The best one the best one is Pideme La Luna by Juan Rivera their are many versions but select the one that Juan Rivera sings.
Juan Rivera dedicated this song to his children, when my fiance heard this song he said when we have kids this is their song.

Nina Bonita is as traditional as daddy's little girl. De Nina a mujer is great...also Nina by Jose Feliciano is beautiful. Spanish music has beautiful boleros to pick from. Talk to older family members or older members of the spanish community near you, you'd be amazed at what yo will get from them.
