Thanks for your suggestions ladies. After some detective work I figured out it is Pronovias Ronda. After seeing the full picture, it might be a little more ornate than what I am looking for, but it truly is a lovely dress. Here's the pic:

Congrats on the detective work. I was going to tell you it was Ronda. It is my dress so I recognized it immediately. Though I am getting the sleeves removed because I am short and strapless was better for me proportionally.
It is pretty lacy. The pictures you provided really do not capture the lace details which is what I fell in love with when I tried it on.

I saw this dress on the Southern Weddings blog. There aren't any great head-on shots, but from what I can see I really like it. I especially like the sleeves. I know the dress is Pronovias, but they only have their current collection online and I'm sure this is a little older (I did look through the current collection just to be sure). Does anyone know the name of this gown?
