Hey bees! We have the hookup for a fantastic cruise this fall, that could be our honeymoon (we're not engaged yet). We have looked into getting married through the cruiseline's services, and it is expensive.
I am wondering if it would make sense to get married in the port of departure (in this case, Fort Lauderdale). I would love to hear from any of you on venues for a small, private wedding, hopefully on the beach or in a little chapel. We would probably just have our witnesses with us. We don't want to spend very much.
Thanks in advance for your great suggestions. Yes, I know, we are not engaged yet, but are already signed up for the free cruise, so I'd like to sketch out some plans in case that comes to pass.
