    ME!!!!!!!

I miss my dress, but unfortunately I think I gained too much weight on the honeymoon to put it back on yet.  I want to, but I’m scared.

I told my FH that after the wedding, some days he will come home from work and I will be vacuuming in it or doing the laundry or dishes.  Oh I totally am going to wear that sucker again. LOL

    LOL @ tksjewelry

My husband and I joked about me wearing my wedding dress and him wearing his tux to Thanksgiving dinner.

I’m not even married yet, but am holding off on putting my dress on too many times, unless needed for fittings. I don’t want to get it dirty, so I just stare at in my closet and lovingly touch the bag. Frown

Ha, this is funny because I just secretly put my dress on this morning, for the first time since the wedding. Busted!! 🙂 I do miss wearing it–it’s kind of a shame that the far-and-away nicest piece of clothing I own cannot be worn again.

I’ve really wanted to put it on, but I would need an incredible amount of help to do that… I told my husband that I wanted to put it on for Halloween and put on a tiara and be a princess for the trick-or-treaters but he thought I was crazy.  Maybe next year…

I haven’t put on the dress because it’s hard to get into one of those things without 5 other girls helping you! but i did wear the veil while doing chores.

@lwilliams107: hahha! you should try it 😉 just be careful when using the hose of the vacuum. there were some touch and go moments with that.

After our destination wedding, my mom took the dress back with them to SC since they were driving.  But if the dress was in my apartment with me, I would totally put it back on.  =0)

I didn’t want to take it off at all on my wedding day.  We were on a cruise and I was wearing it around the ship everywhere we went.  I even took a nap in it between the reception and dinner. lol. I would have worn it to the club onboard that night too, but my husband finally convinced me to take it off.

After our reception, he wanted to change out of his suit so bad, but I didn’t let him because I would have felt silly. lol.

Luckily, we’re doing a photo session when we go to SC for Christmas so I’ll finally get to wear it again! Yay!

Also, I hope we can renew our vows every 10 years so I can wear it again and again. =0)

@lanany10: OMG are you really trashing your dress?  I’ve seen some shoots but never met anyone who’s ever done it.

No.  I wore mine the other day with a cardigan over it.

I didn’t have a traditional wedding gown.  I wore my favorite skirt and top straight from my closet!  I have worn both pieces several times since getting married.  They’re classic pieces, so why not!

I guess that’s a bonus to having a quickie last minute JoP wedding!!!!
