I recently joined WW a month ago and I’m so happy I did! So far I’ve lost 10 pounds 🙂 The only problem I have is sometimes I don’t always write down what I eat, but I have really changed my portions and I know what I shouldn’t and should have for my meals.
Anyone on WW? How are you doing? Any pointers for all of us? Have some fantastic snacks and stuff to share with points values?

I just joined WW too! I went to my first meeting this week. I tried doing the computer tracking but it is too easy for me to slack off on that. So I am going to do regular meetings for a while and I have the pocket guide to carry around with me and write things down.
I’ve been plannign what I eat a lot more, I always have sliced up carrots in my fridge and take a bag with me each day so I can snack. Then lots of fruits and other veggies to eat. And drinking lots of water. Also, if I’m going out I look ahead online at menus to see what I can order. It is really sobering to look at some of these menus and see meals that are like 25 points! It makes me really rethink what I’m eating! And I feel more motivated to exercise so I can get those extra points!
Also, skinny cow makes GREAT desserts. I got fudge pops, just 1 point each. Great dessert!

@mambinki: Good for you! Yeah, I’ve looked at some of the menus myself and remember what I used to order and dear goodness!!! Did you get the deluxe package with the dining out book, three month tracker, the snack ideas book, the DVD? It’s fantastic!
Oh, and if you haven’t tried them yet, the WW Smart Ones desserts are absolutely delish! They are in the frozen dinner section (not ice cream area) and they are fantastic. The WW raspberry swirl and orange swirl pops are great too. FI even thinks they are great!

WW here too, doing the journal tracking right now but have done online as well!
The best ice cream stuff is the WW fudge pops (the skinny cow ones are pudding ones, i think, but still soooo goood) and the skinny cow ice cream sandwiches! SO WORTH THE TWO POINTS!
I have lost about 5-6 lbs so far but I am about to start exercising hardcore with it… I hope it helps more! Good luck everyone!!!!

I’m also a ww bride and i am loving it! I started the plan in june and so far i’ve lost 6 lbs. I lose about a pound or a half a week and i’m happy to see my weight go down. It’s so easy to put the pounds on, but to put it off… jeeze, it takes time and being on ww’s and doing online let’s me feel like i’m in control of what i put into my body. Another thing that keeps me on track is that my coworkers are also following ww’s for their own reasons, and we just motivate eachother everyday! =]

I am loosely following WW. I’ve lost about 13 lbs in the last 2 months (down to 136 lbs) I do better when I write my points down but ive been slacking on that for a while now.
