@tksjewelry:  ASOS is a mixed bag, but usually pretty good. They also have an amazing return policy-I’ve started buying from there frequently. However, I’ve never received shoes that haven’t been returned (most werent true to size) and some dresses were perfect, others were unreasonably smaller.

@tksjewelry:  My husband loves to order from there. I think he has found that their sizes run small.  But he loves their stuff.

I like them for accessories, but I’ve also bought dresses and tops. I find that some things can run a little small; it’s hard to say if something will be small because they have a variety of brands and each one is different. I think the ASOS brand does run a little small though. Quality wise, I’ve gotten some pieces that are fantastic quality, some that were kind of meh. The whole “you get what you pay for” thing definitely holds true here I think.

I also like Tobi for a similar price point and style clothing. Less selection, but they are stateside if that makes you feel better about the purchase.

Some shoes were too big, others were just a tad too small. And yep-open the bag/box as instructed. And it comes with a return label, so you just re-close the package, stick the label on, and drop it off-very easy and free.

I ordered a dress from there once, and it turned out to be really poorly made (threads were sticking out all over the place) and totally different from the dress pictured online, in terms of color, material, etc. I was pretty disappointed and haven’t ordered from there again.

In case you aren’t aware, the sizes for that site are in UK sizes, which generally mean they are around 2 sizes smaller than US. Example: UK 12 would fit more like a US 8. Make sure you read the size chart to be sure.

@tksjewelry:  I order from them. The stuff I’ve ordered so far (about 10 things) have been good  quality but a complete hit or miss on whether or not they fit — even though I order the same sizes every time. Luckily, their shipping and return policies are awesome despite being across the pond, so getting an exchange for a different size usually isn’t an issue.
