Hello bees! I have a question for you all. Has anyone every ordered any clutches from this website?

They have the most AMAZING hand made clutches. I bought them for my bridesmaids as gifts. However, I've had some trouble with getting in contact with the owner. I wondered if any of you have had that same problem?

@kelkel526: Hey!! I actually just sent her another email yesterday inquiring about the clutches and the pictures she said she was going to send me. I had no idea she had an Etsy account that was closed b/c of that! I had not heard any reviews about her and just found her based off of searching for bridesmaid clutches. She is HARD to stay in contact with but just be presistent, she sent me an email today with a link to the clutches. I am THRILLED with them. They match my colors and are just beautiful. I'm sure she has a lot of business and is busy however communication is a huge part of being a successful business owner so I think maybe some feedback on the customers part would be helpful. I will be doing that. I do love her work though!

@kelkel526: I just received my shipment of clutches today. I am happy with them. THey are beautiful and just perfect for my girls. However, I was completely disappointed with her communication skills.

Paula- no worries! I know how things get sometimes maybe just an email quick to your customers would be good. Your work is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with your clutches! As you can tell, I've been raving about them! I cannot wait to give them to my bridesmaids in a weeK! They are going to LOVE THEM! I wish I would have ordered more for my mom and mother in law :) !!!! THanks for making the perfect gift! :)

@kelkel526: I believe 30 days is required. You have to put 50% down. I ordered mine around May 9-10th I believe and I received them in late may/early april (I cannot remember off hand and I am at work right now.) They are SO WORTH IT. I didn't get a picture of my bridesmaids with them on the wedding day (Total bummer, forgot!) BUT they LOVED THEM and it was the perfect gift! :) TOTALLY WORTH IT!
