Thanks ColorCoated! We are thinking of registering at Target. We like a lot of their things and they have great prices for everyone. I see you arent getting married till 2011…were getting married 2010 but havent registered yet…do you think we should?

Hey D. Marie — I’d just be sure to register by Christmas. We got several wedding gifts as Christmas presents which was nice, because it meant we got to use them ahead of time. : )

I’m thinking about registering at Target, thanks for the tip! Has anyone had any trouble with their return policy? I’ve been hearing some bad things about it so I’m not quite sure what to do yet.

Thanks AmySue and ColorCoated! Colorcoated when you got the catalogue did you register at Target or you just ordered their bridal book?

JeanL1984 I just had to return something to target because we got two of something on our registry and didn’t need two sets.  I didn’t have a receipt so you have to log on to your registry at the store and print a list of all items received and use that as your receipt.  I don’t know what you would do if you got something from there that you didn’t register for though.  They may still use the registry….

I had a friend who registered at Target and said that she would NEVER do that again if she had the opportunity! Their return policy is impossible… if you are planning on registering at Target my advice would be to walk through the store and make sure that anything you want to register for there you can’t register for anywhere else (like Bed Bath and Beyond) Then I would suggest asking the Manager what EXACTLY is the return policy! It’s rather complicated and I think you can only register like $200 worth of items and then….. too bad!

We are registered at Bed Bath and Beyond and are very happy with that decision! Everything we could’ve gotten at Target we registered for there too! Their return policy is amazing and will give you cash and there’s no limit to your returns.

Just something to think about…..

HUGS!
