(Closed) Anyone tried raspberry ketones and/or green tea extract?

I’ve tried both and preferred the green tea. It seemed to give me a BIT more energy, both nothing serious. It also probably could’ve been all in my head lol The raspberry ketone didn’t do a dang thing. I’m also not someone who struggles with getting physically hungry all the time, so if it curbed my hunger, I wouldn’t be too terribly aware.

I’ve tried raspberry ketones and they do seem to keep me feeling full. I only take 2 in the afternoon (I think the bottle says to take 2 twice a day) because that is the time I tend to want to snack. They keep me full in between lunch and dinner.

Raspberry Ketones did nothing to me except make me regret the money I spent on them. 🙂

@MrsMaskatoBe:  me too!  🙁  I tried taking them for several weeks, took them as directed, and my weight actually plateaued during that time.
