Diamondgurl:  yes! It seriously made a huge difference IMO. Along with breastfeeding (not sure if u are or not) I was back to my normal size in like a month or two. The belly wrap I think helps tighten the uterus since it it stretched from the baby and I wore mine 24/7 except showering. When I’d take it off, my stomach was literally flat.

Not sure if others had the same experience but I only got one cuz friends of mine recommended it to me because they saw rly great results with theirs too. 🙂 I’d definitely suggest it!!

I used a belly wrap, primarily because I had a c-section and the pressure helps the pain. I would not say it helped my belly get smaller faster, but it did offer support in the tummy area. My closest friend is using one (c-section as well) and excusively breast feeding (I did not) and believes it is helping her belly shrink. Your belly is going to go back regardless of a belly band or not, how fast it does is based off of diet, weight gain, genetics, and many other factors. I do suggest them if only for the support after having your baby. I also used it once I started exercising again to keep the wiggle-jiggle down.. Again, for support. Good luck with everything!

I had three, as I had heard they help shrink your belly faster and wanted to try. They gave me one in the hospital (for free), it was great, you can request one when you have your baby. Most hospitals have them now. I also bought a Belly Bandit, which was super supportive. The third was from Babies “R” Us, the little brown kind. I bought it while I was pregnant before I had the other two, since I planned on using one after I had my baby. Do not get that one! It is terrible and uncomfortable since it doesn’t cover that much area, it pushes everything up so it looks like you have a muffin top/back fat at your waist. Just uncomfortable.

Honestly, they do help some. It was worth it to me to have one, if only for the support.

Diamondgurl:  I just used the generic babies r us brand one, there are other ones out there (for twice the price) but this one definitely did the trick. That and breastfeeding helped play a huge role (imo) in my tummy getting back to normal quickly. That and it being my first child…I hear he body goes back to normal quicker with your first
